Good news for Collin County Real Estate – Several strong results were reported from the Collin County Association of Realtors that show the market has improved in many areas. Listings under contract were reported to be the best since July of 2008. Also, closed sales were also up 23.3% in March of 2010 compared with March of 2009.
Obviously the homebuyer tax credit is at least part of the reason why the improvements have occurred, but hopefully the numbers will stay strong throughout the rest of the year.
