The Montessouri School at Starcreek opened in Allen at the intersection of Watters and Ridgeview on the south side of State Highway 121. It officially becomes the third Montessori School in the D/FW area in addition to Dallas North Montessori School in North Dallas and West Plano Montessori School.

Although the initial enrollment figures were not disclosed, the article mentions they plan to have a total of 300 students, with a goal of enrollment this year between 100 and 150 students. They will also be adding up to 10 new teachers this year. This may be a great opportunity for parents seeking to enroll their children ages 6 weeks to 12 years, and also may have some employment opportunities for area teachers.
